This Data Usage Policy explains what data Mineswapper collects, why it is collected, and how it is securely stored and used. We are fully committed to transparency, data privacy, and responsible use of all information shared by our users.

Mineswapper is a simulation-based educational tool — not a gaming, betting, or financial platform. All data collection supports product improvement, analytical accuracy, and educational insights only.

2. Types of Data We Collect

a) Client Seed and Hash Values

Users may voluntarily provide “client seed” or “hash” values during simulations.

These identifiers are used only to reproduce simulation patterns and ensure transparency in how algorithmic outcomes are generated.

The purpose is statistical learning and algorithm refinement, helping us maintain accurate, fair, and verifiable simulations.

These values are stored anonymously, without linking them to real accounts or third-party platforms.

b) User and Transaction Information

Basic data such as name, email, and phone number (for payment and verification).

Payment ID, transaction details, and access-key logs (for purchase validation).

This data helps verify ownership, process refunds in rare cases, and improve user experience.

c) Technical and Analytical Data

Browser type, device identifiers, and IP addresses (for platform optimization).

Aggregate analytics from Google Analytics to measure engagement and improve usability.

None of this data is personally identifying beyond operational use.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We use the above data exclusively for:

• Algorithm Training: refining simulation accuracy and fairness.
• Performance Optimization: ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience.
• Fraud Prevention: detecting suspicious activity or misuse of access keys.
• Support & Troubleshooting: resolving payment or technical issues when users contact support.
• Research & Analysis: generating anonymous statistical insights for educational reporting and simulation testing.

4. Data Anonymization and Security

All client seeds, hashes, and analytical data are stored in encrypted form within secure Supabase servers.

They are detached from personally identifiable information (PII).

We do not correlate or link any dataset to external gaming, wagering, or financial platforms.

Internal access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or publicly disclose any collected data. Limited sharing occurs only with:

• Payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.) for payment verification, and
• Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) for usage metrics.

All such third parties have their own privacy and security frameworks that comply with applicable laws.

6. Data Retention

Client seeds and hashes are stored indefinitely for research and transparency.

Payment and transaction data are retained as permanent records for compliance and verification.

Users may request anonymization of personal identifiers by emailing support@mineswapper.com.

7. User Consent

By using Mineswapper and providing any seed, hash, or simulation data, you consent to:

• The storage and analytical use of such data,
• Its processing for internal algorithm development, and
• The assurance that it will never be shared externally for financial or gaming purposes.

If you do not wish to share these values, you may skip seed/hash input during simulations — the platform will still function normally.

8. Compliance with Indian Regulations

Mineswapper adheres to the:

• Information Technology Act (2000) and
• IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

We also align with international data-handling standards for educational digital services.

9. Your Rights

Users have the right to:

• Request a summary of what data is stored about them.
• Ask for anonymization or deletion of personal identifiers.
• Withdraw consent for future data processing.
