Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy governs all payments made for purchasing digital access keys to use Mineswapper. Because Mineswapper delivers digital content instantly after successful payment, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is completed and a digital key is issued or activated, no refund, cancellation, or reversal will be provided under any circumstance. This includes (but is not limited to):

• User dissatisfaction with simulation results.
• Misunderstanding of the tool's purpose or features.
• Perceived "losses" from using information obtained through the platform.
• Accidental purchase by the user.
• Requests for refunds based on external betting or gaming outcomes.

Mineswapper sells non-transferable digital licenses, not financial or wagering services; therefore, refunds and chargebacks will not be entertained once the access key has been delivered or used.

3. Valid Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered in two specific and verified situations:

(a) Duplicate Payment

If a user accidentally makes two or more payments for the same order or key, and the duplicate transaction is verified in our records, a refund for the extra payment will be processed.

(b) Payment Success but Key Not Received

If payment is successful but the key was not delivered due to a verified technical issue (e.g., email server failure), the following procedure applies:

• The user must contact support@mineswapper.com within 7 days of payment.
• We will first attempt to verify the transaction and manually send the purchased key to the user's registered email.
• If the key cannot be delivered due to a verifiable technical error, and the user provides valid proof (payment ID, transaction receipt, or Razorpay/Cashfree reference number), we may issue a refund.

Refunds for such verified cases are handled manually and processed within 30 business days after confirmation.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be sent only to the same payment method used for the original transaction. We do not issue cash, wallet, or alternative refunds. All bank processing times depend on your payment provider.

5. No Disputes or Chargebacks

By purchasing an access key, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Mineswapper is an educational simulation tool, not a gaming or investment service.
• You cannot file a dispute, complaint, or chargeback with your bank or payment gateway claiming "losses," "predictions gone wrong," or dissatisfaction with simulation output.
• Any attempt to raise false disputes will result in blacklisting and permanent account suspension.
• We cooperate with payment gateways to provide full proof of service delivery (invoice, access log, key activation timestamp) in case of any chargeback request.

• Name
• Registered email
• Payment ID / Transaction ID
• Date and amount of payment

Incomplete information may delay verification.

7. Legal Acknowledgment

This Refund Policy complies with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India. Mineswapper operates as a provider of digital educational access keys, not as a financial or gaming operator.
